Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for your shopping convenience. However,
we strongly suggest taking advantage of our sizing information. Some items have
sizing chart links that will pop-up a sizing chart when clicked. Other items have
sizing information included in the drop-down boxes when choosing your top and bottom
styles. This will help minimize the possibility of needing to exchange or return
an item. In order to keep our prices very competitive, we have the following guidelines:
Exchanges
We now offer No Time Limit FREE* Domestic Exchanges...a
$9.00 value.
Items must have all tags attached, be in saleable condition, and be packed securely
in the original packaging. The sanitary liners must be attached on all swimsuits
returned. Liners which are removed and reattached or replaced are not acceptable
due to health regulations. Items must not have any trace of foreign odors including,
but not limited to, perfume, body spray, and smoke. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
All exchanges must be authorized prior to shipping. Authorization can be done
via e-mail and must be confirmed by us prior to shipping. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
You can obtain an authorization by e-mail by sending your full name, order #, and
the names or codes of the items you want to exchange to
service@iloveswimwear.com.
You may choose any shipping method to exchange your merchandise. We do not reimburse
return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost packages so please
insure your package if you want to eliminate this risk.
For international exchanges, there is a $17.95 fee for shipping and handling
of your exchange billed to your credit card on file. Your exchange will be shipped
using our International Priority Shipping service.
If you require expedited service other than Standard Shipping or
International Standard Shipping for your exchange, additional shipping fees will
apply. Please contact us service@iloveswimwear.com
for further details.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will replace it at
no cost to you. In the event that we can not provide you with an exact replacement,
you can return it to us for a refund including all shipping charges.
Thong, tonga, g-string, and lingerie cannot be exchanged due to
health regulations.
Costumes cannot be exchanged.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged.
*1 FREE exchange is included in every order. Additional exchanges
for the same order will be subject to an $9.00 fee. Although we offer no time
limit on exchanges, in the event you exchange an item for a lesser priced item after
30 days, the remaining balance will be applied as store credit only.
Returns

If we receive an unauthorized return, the merchandise will be shipped back to the
original delivery address and the return shipping cost will be charged to the credit
card on file.
You may choose any shipping method to exchange your merchandise. We do not reimburse
return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost packages so please
insure your package if you want to eliminate this risk.
Items authorized within 30 days but received after 30 days are subject to "Items Returned After 30 Days" below.
Items Returned Within 30 Days
Returned items totaling $200 or more from an Order are subject to a 20% restocking
fee.
Returned items totaling $200 or more from multiple Orders over a 6 month consecutive
timeframe are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns may be given as a refund.
If you received FREE Shipping and return items to bring your sub-total below
$100, a $9.00 fee will apply.
Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable.

- Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear. If
you paid by cashiers check or money order, we will mail a refund check to you.
Items Returned After 30 Days
Returns will be given as store credit only and are subject to a 20% restocking
