Shipping Rate and Delivery Times

Domestic

For a limited time, you will receive $6.00 Flat Rate Shipping within the U.S. no matter how many items you order.  And when your order total reaches $100, your shipping is FREE.

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 5pm Eastern Time today will begin processing by the next business day (excludes weekends and holidays). Your order will ship based on the longest availability item(s) in your order.  The shipping times below assume your entire order is available to ship 5 business days from order placement and is your approximate TOTAL PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME.  We have a choice of shipping methods for your convenience. 

If your order contains only Ujena items, then you may choose Overnight Shipping.  Orders placed by 1pm Eastern Time will be processed the same day (excluding weekends and holidays) and received the following business day.  Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not considered business days.  Overnight Saturday delivery is available for an additional cost.  Please e-mail us sales@iloveswimwear.com to obtain a shipping quote.  We do not ship to P.O.Boxes for Overnight Shipping.  Entering a P.O. Box address may delay your order.

If your order contains both Ujena and Non-Ujena items, then only Priority Shipping and Express Shipping services are available.  If you wish to receive your Ujena items overnight and the Non-Ujena item at a later date, then please place 2 separate orders.

If you need your Non-Ujena items delivered faster than Express Shipping, we may able to accomodate you.  Please e-mail us sales@iloveswimwear.com and we will advise you of any available options with a shipping quote.

International

We are excited to announce our new Int'l SAVER Shipping service. For a limited time, you will receive $6.00 Flat Rate Shipping within Canada and $9.00 Flat Rate Shipping elsewhere when you choose Int'l Saver Shipping.

Your order will ship based on the longest availability item(s) in your order.  The shipping times below assume your entire order is available to ship 5 business days from order placement and is your approximate TOTAL PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME.  We have a choice of shipping methods for your convenience.

Note: International shipments are subject to the custom laws of the individual country. We do not include or collect any fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs.  You may incur additional customs fees and/or delays in shipping. These possible situations are not in our control and we can not be held responsible for them.

IMPORTANT: Please verify all shipping addresses before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Any additional costs incurred by us from the shipping company which may entail reshipping will be billed to your credit card on file.

Backorders

We strive to have all listed items in-stock on our website. In the event item(s) are on backorder, you will receive an e-mail indicating which items and the approximate timeframe when they will be back in-stock.

Normally, we will ship your entire order when all items are available. However, you can choose to have us ship your in-stock items now and the backorder items later by indicating this in an e-mail response. In this case, multiple shipping charges will apply as per the shipping charts above.
